Joe was holding out! We saw gas here a earlier this week for under $3. I guess he forgot to call you!

What competition is this, gas under $3? It's not so bad out here once you get outside metro DC and into Ole Virginny. I think it was $2.39 the other day in Haymarket.
Wow - I wish we had it at $2.39. We're still over $3 at most gas stations, but there are a few where it is $2.99 now. Joe bet me that gas wasn't going to go back under $3 in the next 6 months. He owes me $20.
