Busy, Busy Weekend

Everyone was in town this weekend for the myriad of activities. Matt, Taryn, mom, dad, and Abbie stayed with us on Friday night. We went out to eat and hung around the house for a while. It was relaxing. Joe was downtown drinking it up at a "before the wedding" party for Jerome. He was feeling a little sickly the next morning, but still made it up to see the new place and hang out for a while. Mom, Lily and I got to go by the pool for a little while while dad and Matt went to get Joe. Lily dove in head first and didn't even cry!
Then Saturday night we all went to Meg and Jerome's wedding. It was in a really cool place that I'd never even heard of. Matt and Taryn went to the Haute for another wedding.

Let's see, then what.....on Sunday morning we made the drive to Terre Haute for Anna's baby


shower and for Abbie's graduation. The baby shower was at the Country Club and it was a big hit. Jenny was super creative with center piece ideas, etc. She's planning a new career as a party planner....her websight should be up and running shortly! It was definitely good to see everyone and hang out for a while.
Abbie's graduation was at the Hulman Center as per the Terre Haute norm. It was looonnnnggg...but she did it...she has no curfew now! Yeah Abbie!

Finally, last night I got back home at around 6:00 and we just hung out on the back porch and had a cook out. Check out the grin on this kid - I think the cookout was her favorite part of the weekend!
