Happy Birthdays, Father's Days, Graduation

We had a celebration filled weekend. Mom's birthday was Thursday, and John Callahan had his graduation party Friday. So we went to Terre Haute on Friday after work to celebrate both of those events and an early father's day with dad. Dad's leaving for Libya on Wednesday so we really needed to have some time with him before he left! Be safe dad! It was fun just hanging out with everyone. We stayed there until Saturday at around noon. When we got back to Indy, we went to Cordi's birthday party. Cordi is Lily's little friend who turned three. They mostly ran around the backyard and swam in Cordi's kiddie pool. Today we celebrated Father's day with Barclay and his dad. We cleaned up the house and the yard all morning and then by noon we were on the back porch. The girls had a blast in the sandbox and kiddie pool all day long. Peter, Betty and Ari came by around five and we cooked out on the back porch. The girls have turned into water bugs! Everywhere we go they find water and somehow end up splashing or swimming (it could have something to do with the fact that Indiana is completely saturated in water right now, but I don't think so ). They've been splashing in every puddle the see. Even at the graduation party they found a puddle and spent a lot of time jumping in it! Happy Father's Day to Dad, Peter, Barclay, Matt and Joe! Also, I don't say this enough, but Barclay is the BEST dad to Lily and Addy I could ever hope for. He devotes his evenings and weekends to those girls and they adore him. He'd rather hang out with them than golf or go out for drinks with friends. Happy Father's Day Barclay - we love you.

Thanks Di! We are so looking forward to September. I told Lily today that we were going to Mickey Mouse's home and she said "and Cinderella's castle?" When I said yes, she said, "And the back of it?" To which I responded yes and inside.
