Dance Recital 2012

Lily and Addy took the same two dance classes at Elite this year...tap and ballet.  Their recital was today and they did such a great job. We had so much fun watching and cheering!

ALEXANDER

Baby Alexander finally entered the world on Tuesday June 19th!  He is absolutely perfect and already loved by so many.  They are all home and adjusting to life with the new bambino. Some pics...

Visitin' the Floridians

We went to Florida for a quick Wed-Sunday trip last week to visit Joe, Mel and the kiddos.  We definitely made the most of our time there with visits to the beach, a dolphin cruise, swimming in the pool, golfing for the gents, and some great hang out time with the family.

Graduation time (little kid style)

On Wednesday of last week, Lily "graduated" from Kindergarten.  St Simon has a little ceremony each year where the kids have their names called and receive a certificate.   It's hard to believe a whole year has gone by and she's ready for first grade.  She just loved school this year and made it through with flying colors.  Her reading evaluation has her reading at a "middle of second grade" level.  Such a smarty pants! The first picture is Lily with Father Bill (world's best priest) and her good friends Zoe, Mary and Quinn.  The bottom picture is Lily with Mrs. Sweeney, her teacher.

Then on Thursday Addy "graduated" from preschool. They were also given certificates declaring them ready for kindergarten.  Addy also had a send off program on Tuesday night.  They officially wrapped up school and are ready for summer! First picture is Addy with best friend Maeve and their teachers Mrs. Ferguson and Mrs. Schildemeyer.  Then a group shot of all best friends (Maeve, and her sisters Neely and Tula who are best friends with Lily and Miri - how handy).  THEN, the long awaited Carter sighting.  Carter is Addy's special friend (don't call him her boyfriend or she'll get mad). He may or may not send her presents in the mail from time to time.
